I have very big feet or calves, will Boots for Broads be able to make boots to fit me?

Boots for Broads specialises in custom-made boots. All you need to do is fill out our measurement form and the boots are made to fit you. We can make boots to fit any size or shape of foot or leg. You also choose the height of the boot (eg under knee, mid-calf, ankle).

I have one foot or leg bigger than the other, can I still order Boots for Broads boots?

This is not a problem! Just fill out the measurement form twice, with measurements for your right and left feet and legs, and we will have the boots made to fit you.

How much is postage and handling?

$20 within Australia and to New Zealand, $40 to any other International destination.

Can I design my own boots?

At Boots for Broads, we take great pride in our boot designs. We are unable to copy other boot designs as this is a copyright issue. It may be possible to make slight variations to the heel height of your favourite Boots for Broads boots.

How long after ordering until I get my Boots for Broads boots?

Delivery is usually between 3 to 4 weeks.

Where are the boots made?

Our boots are made in Vietnam under fair trade conditions. We employ small family owned businesses to hand make the boots using high quality leather. We know the families and visit them each time we go to Vietnam.

What if I don’t like my boots when they arrive?

Boots for Broads has a full money back guarantee, just post the boots back to us within 7 working days and we will refund you in full.

What if my boots don’t fit?

Custom making boots is quite a complex process. At Boots for Broads we usually get it right the first time, but occasionally we don’t. Customers need to be as accurate as possible with their measurements and when filling in the form. We will make any adjustments possible to make your boots the perfect fit for you. If necessary we will remake your boots at no charge to you.

Can I get boot in any colour other than red, black and chocolate brown?

At this stage these are the only colours available.
